During the design process, being a trained designer, I pressed for what I wanted. Ryan hung in there professionally with me all the way. After several go-arounds, we finally got it. However, when the plate arrived, the tooling was gorgeous, but it was the wrong sheen. Ryan politely asked for a photo. As soon as he saw it, he graciously apologized & wrote he would replace it soon. He did just that. I award Ryan 5 strong stars.
