I reached out via text like the site stated on January 10th to ask if I could have the plate made with scrolls and hearts. On January 15th I received a response back. I followed the instructions and stated I did not want any scrolls or hearts on the plate. Ordered January 15th after sent yet another text to confirm exactly how I wanted i and screenshots of the order and no scrolls no hearts.. Received the plate January 29th and it was wrong. I have texted, emailed and called repeatedly no one has contacted me back nor replied at all. I am very, very, very dissatisfied and I want the product as I requested or my money back in its entirety.
